Brouwerij Verhofstede Pink Gin
The history of Brouwerij Verhofstede dates back to 1885, and Stefanie De Jaegher (who later married Julien Verhofstede). Initially Beer was brewed, but in the 1960's a move into spirits occured. Now with over 130 years of experience, and four generations of the same family they continue to create a range of delicious drinks.
To create their Pink Gin, Verhofstede utilise two of their other products and perfectly blend them together. Their Edelweiss Gin marries perfectly with their Cherry Liqueur.
The result is a perfectly balanced gin. The Edelweiss gin lends its floral spiciness whilst the cherry liqueur adds a soft sweetness, and cherry flavours as well as the delightful blushing pink colour.

Perfect Serve
Delicious served with a neutral tonic such as The Artisan Drinks Co's London or Skinny tonic. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. Garnish with a sliced strawberry, and some fresh mint leaves.
