Buss No. 509 Bulgarian Rose Gin
Initially released purely as a collectors edition, this gin proved to be so popular that its now enjoyed year round by gin lovers.
The botanicals in this gin are juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, lemon and of course the bulgarian rose.
The infusion of Bulgarian Rose gives this gin a distinct elegance, and a bright rose flower colour. The flavours in the botanicals merge perfectly with the rose, and give a remarkably subtle gin.

Perfect Serve
Depending on how sweet you like your drink, we have two options. Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic allows the flavours to really come through, and doesnt sweeten the drink too much. If you want to go full on rose flavoured, and want your drink a little sweeter, try Fentimans Rose Lemonade.
With either option, take a large copa glass and fill with ice. Pour in 50ml of the gin and top up with 150 - 200ml of your chosen mixer. Stir gently, and garnish with some rose petals and a slice of lemon.
