Copper in the Clouds Flowerbomb Dry Gin
Created in 'The Distillery at Dowsett's Farm', Copper in the Clouds gin is a small company creating premium gin's in Hertfordshire. Historically, Hertfordshire (a county just to the north of London) was the hunting ground of the British Royal family, and is still relatively rural with numerous forests.
They create their gins using locally sourced premium wheat spirit. Where possible, they use locally grown and sourced botanicals, and have even started growing some of their own botanicals on the farm in their recently created botanical garden.
This attention to detail ensures a quality, and unique range of gins which they can rightfully be proud of! Each of their bottles is a piece of art itself. With this gin, they have perfectly illustrated the floral inspiration behind this, their 'flower-bomb' gin.
The local flora around Hertfordshire, and the farm in Ware is what inspired this gin. The floral beauty of the wild meadows in springtime. A whole range of botanicals are used in its creation, geranium, lavender, calendula, rose petals, orange blossom and chamomile all just some of them.
The result is a sophisticated gin, which greets you at every sip with layers of floral flavours and aromas. Truly one which reminds of spring - but easily enjoyed the year round!

Perfect Serve
To ensure the floral flavours are kept, we recommend a neutral tonic such as Fentimans Connoiseurs Tonic Water. However, if you like things a little sweeter, their Elderflower & Rose Tonic also works well too.
Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic and stir gently. Garnish with some edible flowers and a slice of orange.
