Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin
With it's deep red colour, this gin doesn't hide the fact that it's packed full of marasca cherries!
The aroma doesn't disappoint either, with a strong cherry aroma joined by Juniper.
The initial taste is quite surprising, as there is more of a classical gin taste, with strong juniper and spicy notes. As the flavours develop a velvety and deep Marasca Cherry taste comes through. The finish is long, with a sour note from the cherries.

Perfect Serve
This gin is truly versatile, and can be enjoyed neat over ice, or in a classic gin and tonic (50ml of gin to 150ml of Fentimans Premium Tonic Water works really well.... garnish, of course, with a Maraschino Cherry).
This can also be enjoyed as a cocktail in a Sour Cherry Martinez. In a mixing glass filled with ice add 45ml of the Sour Cherry Gin, 30ml of Sweet Vermouth, 5ml of Luxardo Maraschino Originale and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the zest of a lemon.
