Spirited Union Bee Free Honey Liqueur was created to highlight the plight of wild bees,drawing attention to their vulnerable position. But how do you make a honey rum without actual honey? 

Firstly, Spirited Union selected a single origin rum from the Dominican Republic, made from sugar cane and aged locally. This gives the rum base its rich taste and character which is then complimented by subtle honey notes from the honey bush (a tea from the Western Cape of South Africa). This sustainable and eco-friendly crop grows naturally and has a natural sweetness with notes of honey and caramel, and with a subtle floral aroma. With juicy aromas of sweet orange and rosemary, this delicious rum liqueur will treat you to a lingering mouthfeel.
