Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
With three significant ingredients (100% Arabica Coffee, Madagascar Vanilla and Jamaican Rum), Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is a sweet liqueur with a strong coffee character and a complex aroma and flavour.
The Arabica Coffee is cold brewed, and gives a distinctive roasted flavour, rounding out the drink and helping it to form a deliciously coherent drink.
Lastly (but definitely not least), the Jamaican Rum gives body, depth and structure.
The aroma of the drink is of light notes from chocolate and pipe tobacco which open to the strong aroma of coffee. This is followed by hints of caramelised cane sugar and vanilla.
Whilst initially sweet on the palate, Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur quickly becomes more harmonious thanks to the 100% Arabica coffee. The caramel hint of rum follows and is joined by the fruity notes of vanilla
