Bloom Raspberry & Rose Gin
Creating products that aren't fake, and that contain natural style is the ethos behind the Bloom range. They distil in a traditional copper pot stil, and use fresh spring water.
As with their other drinks, Bloom have created a delicately hued pink gin using only natural botanicals. They have blended the sweet richness found in raspberries with the aromatic flavours of distilled rose petals. The result is a perfect marriage of bold floral and fruit flavours. This is definitely not your 'usual' pink gin!
The aroma entices with both the fruity raspberry notes, and rose - but is also balanced by a touch of citrus and a hint of pine from the juniper in the background.
On the palate the sweetness of the rich raspberry flavours comes through first, which leads into a delicate bitterness from the rose petals. Overall, this is still a Bloom gin though, and it retains its light and floral character on the mid palate.

Perfect Serve
This works perfectly mixed with a lemonade, to create a refreshingly floral and fruity long drink.
Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the Bloom Raspberry & Rose Gin. Gently pour over 200ml of your chosen lemonade (We like this with Bundaberg, as the sharpness helps balance the sweetness - but if you really like it floral, try Fentimans Rose Lemonade). Stir gently, and garnish with a fresh raspberry, and some mint leaves.
