Cîroc VS Brandy

Perhaps better known for their Premium Vodka, Cîroc also makes Brandy.

As with it's Vodka, Cîroc Brandy at its heart has grapes. Distilled from fine French grapes which are grown in the South of France (an area known for time-honored quality and craftsmanship), the result is a modern expression of a classic French Brandy.

On the nose this is a brandy with distinct notes of vanilla, and oaky caramel. On the palate it's sensually smooth, slightly sweet - and has notes of fruit to it.

The flavours develop in the mouth, before coming to a finish which leaves lingering caramel, vanilla and fruit.

Perfect Serve

Delicious enjoyed simply on its own, or perhaps with a single large ice cube.

However, it also works exceptionally well in the mix. How about trying a Parisian Sidecar Cocktail with a Cîroc twist?

Take a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add 15ml of lemon juice, 30ml of triple sec and 45ml of Cîroc VS. Shake well, and strain into a coupe glass rimmed with sugar.
