Larios Ginebra Mediterránea Gin

The best-selling gin in Spain, as well as one of the top ten world wide, Larios have been distilling since 1863. However, it wasn't until 1932 that the third Marquis of Larios launched Larios gin.
For this gin they have taken inspiration from their location, using refreshing citrus (orange and lemon) from the Mediterranean.
The aroma of this gin is light, with a hint of a floral quality. Juniper and citrus are also present but not over-powering.
On the palate this is a gentle gin, with a mellow flavour. The juniper is present, but delicate on in the mouth. Coriander and orange zest come forward, and join with a gentle spice. The finish retains a delicate peppery orange flavour, joined by a light touch of juniper.

Perfect Serve
This is delicious when served as a classic Gin & Tonic. Take a large copa glass and fill with ice. Add 50ml of Gin and gently pour over 200ml of your chosen tonic (We like The Artisan Drinks Co. Classic London Tonic). Garnish with a slice or orange and lemon).
