Delivery time & shipping costs

Please note: Whilst we ship from the Netherlands, we charge Danish MOMS and Excise. This means you will have no additional charges upon receiving your order, as we pay all relevant taxes direct to the Danish SKAT.

We always do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. For orders that are placed before 17:00 on weekdays, we always aim to send the same day. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any delivery times as we do not handle the deliveries ourselves.

Please ensure you enter your correct address, email, and mobile number during the ordering process. The courier will keep you updated with regards your expected delivery times.

For orders received after 17:00 (Mon - Fri), we will still attempt to dispatch the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders after these times / placed at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

(This charge is a fixed fee, and is irrespective of the amount ordered) 

Once collected by the courier, delivery should take 3 - 4 days. You can track your parcel using the link which will be sent to your email once collected by the courier.

Other EU Countries

Currently in the EU we are only able to ship alcohol within Denmark & the Netherlands. However, we will be looking to expand our reach as soon as we can. Check back, or sign up to our newsletter to keep informed.

Should you wish to arrange collection of an order from us (in the Netherlands), this is possible. However we will charge Dutch VAT and excise on your order. You will then be responsible for any tax / excise liabilities for the shipments to your country. Please contact us at Customer Service so that we can discuss the options.

Outside EU:

If you would like us to ship outside the EU, we can potentially arrange this. Please contact us at Customer Service so that we can discuss the options.

Please note that we are not able to ship to Middle Eastern Countries, the United States and Canada. (Within the United States there are severe restrictions on the importation of alcohol, more information for the US can be found on the NCSL site).

NB. Currently, due to UK tax formalities, we are not able to ship to the UK / Northern Ireland.
