Following the success of their first limited edition (the English Garden) Bombay Saphire have created another.
With their second they have taken inspiration from the delicate warmth and golden orange glow of the setting sun. Bombay Sapphire Sunset adds Indian white cardamom, turmeric and Murcian sun-dried mandarin peel to create a softly spiced flavour profile with a background hit of bittersweet citrus.
Absolutely perfect for enjoying on a Summer's evening.

Perfect Serve
We love this with Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water. Pour 50ml of the gin into a large glass filled with ice. Add 150 - 200ml of the tonic (depending on taste), and garnish with a slice of Orange.
