Brecon Botanicals Gin
To create their Botanicals Gin, a specially selected range of botanicals from the four corners of the world were selected. These were chosen to ensure a super-premium gin, which is crisp, clean and seriously smooth. As with their signature gin, they use the best pure grain alcohol spirit, and water from the Brecon Beacons National Park.
On the nose there is a rich and complex aroma, which is full of fresh juniper, which is joined perfectly with coriander. Hints of refreshing citrus mingle with oriental spices. When drank with a tonic, further flavours join the mix - with citrus from lemon, orange and bergamot. A touch of spice also comes through from cinnamon and close. The finish isn't over-powering, and is medium length.

Perfect Serve
We really recommend enjoying this with a tonic, such as Lobsters. This brings the flavours to life in the gin. Take a large glass and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150ml of your chosen tonic, and stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a thin slice of cucumber.
