Taking inspiration from dusky evenings in the Orient, Edinburgh Gin have created a light and fragrant liqueur. With Pomegranate & Rose flavours, this is evocative of sweet, sugar-dusted Turkish Delight.
Edinburgh Gin have blended succulent ruby-red pomegranate seeds and damask rose petals with their award-winning classic Edinburgh Gin. This ensures a sumptuous liqueur with soft florals, a gentle warmth tempered by lingering fruit flavours and a light citrus lift.
The aroma of this liqueur immesidately invites you into the glass, with the soft floral notes accompanied by citrus and an enticing sweetness. On the palate a hint of turkish delight sweets, with fruit filled flavours and the citrus returns with a touch of zest. The finish allows the rose to linger, which is balanced by a zing from the pomegranat.

Perfect Serve
Serve simply over ice, or for a longer drink mix with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or Fever-Tree Premium Lemonade. Take a large glass and add 50ml of the liqueur and add 150ml of your chosen mixer. Stir gently, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
If you like bubbles, it's the perfect addition to Prosecco. In a flute glass add 50ml of the liqueur, and fill the glass with Prosecco (100 - 150ml).
