Forest Dry Gin Spring
The range of Forest Gins are created by Patrick de Keersmaecker, an expert distiller and owner of Forest Spirits. 100% organic, these gins are known for their concentration of flavours and aromas. They are produced at the Forest domain in France from various herbs and fruits which are cultivated around the distillery.
With the desire to use locally produced ingredients, they combine juniper with the botanicals sourced from the acres of land of the Forest domain. Forest herbs like bergamot, coriander seeds, Angelica as well as pears, apples and lavender are produced in an ecological way
Each of their season gins capture particular aspects of the changing seasons as they occur. Their Spring Gin captures the re-birth of the countryside.
This is a very floral gin, which takes its base from spring roses. It balances this with a profound freshness which comes from fresh citrus fruits.

Perfect Serve
This works well when mixed in a gin & tonic. In a large glass filled with ice add 50ml of the gin. Fill the glass with 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic (we like a classic neutral tonic like The Artisan Co). If you have them to hand, add a few edible rose petals, and / or a slice of lemon.
