Gin Bien
Created by the Folks from Bienenlieb (lover of bees), Gin Bien is an aromatic, mild organic gin from Salzburg in Austria.
Bienenlieb is a non-profit organisation, which enables sustainable support for various bee projects. That's good news we think.... we all know how import our little busy, buzzy friends are!
The gin is produced in small quantities at their own distillery, located on their bee farm. It comes in an eye-catching high-quality matt lacquered stoneware bottle made in a German ceramics workshop (and works great as a vase after you've enjoyed all the gin)
Produced using 12 different ingrendients (all organically certified). These include berries, fruits and herbs, however its the honey and even wax from their own bees which make this a truly special production process!
The result is a deliciously differernt gin. Whilst juniper is present, it's the delicate honeyed sweetness which is unsurprisingly the star of the show. We couldn't 'Bee' happier with this one!!

Perfect Serve
The distillery recommend this is enjoyed with Lobsters Tonic (also Austrian), and we have to agree it works really well together.
Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50 ml of Gin Bien. Carefully pour over 150 - 200ml of Lobsters Tonic and stir gently. Garnish simply with some juniper berries.
