G'Vine June Royal Pear & Cardamom Gin
With their June range of Gin's, the producers (Maison Villevert in France) have utilised their stunning G'Vine gin as a base and added distinct, fruity flavours. The result is delicate and elegant - slightly sweet and packed full of fruit flavour.
The flavours behind this gin start with the base of G'Vine gin. This gin sets itself apart from the crowd using a base of alcohol which is distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes in the Cognac region of France. This, along with select other botanicals, and even grape flowers go to produce what can only be described as a quintessential French gin!
With their Royal Pear and Cardamom gin, G'Vine have created a gin which is bright and vibrant, easily evoking memories of warm summer days. The fruity pear flavours pair perfectly with the refreshing gentle spice notes of the cardamom.
Deliciously fresh and fruity sweet with crisp juniper, with defined notes from the ripe pear. The flavours are well rounded with a sweetness from the pears joined with the perfect amount of spice from a little vanilla and cardamom.

Perfect Serve
This can be enjoyed on its own with plenty of ice, but also works well mixed with either a tonic or ginger ale. We particularly enjoyed this with Lobsters.
In a tall glass filled with ice add 50ml of the gin. Gently pour over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic. Garnish with a thin slice of pear and a cardamom pod or two.
