Jim Beam White Label Bourbon
First created in 1795, seven generations of the Beam family have now been crafting their Bourbon.
Keeping their family values within which they were founded, they age their Bourbon twice as long as the law required, imparting a special flavour. It's this dedication to quality that has made Jim Beam the world's number 1 Bourbon.
With their White Label Bourbon (their first in the family), they created an elegant, smooth and refined Bourbon. The four years of aging in American white oak barrels gives the Bourbon these qualities.
With an aroma which is full of vanilla oakiness, and a spicy backdrop this entices you to drink. The flavour doesn't disappoint either. Medium bodied, this is a mellow Bourbon. Hints of caramel and vanilla follow you from the first sip to the finish.

When asked how it should be drunk, the current Master Distiller advised "Any damn way you please". So feel free to explore how you like it!
For us... (and in case you need inspiration), we love this simply on the rocks. But should you like a longer drink, dry a Ginger Highball. In a tall glass filled with ice, add 50ml of Jim Beam, and pour over 150ml of Ginger Ale (we like this with Double Dutch, but chose your favourite). Stir gently, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
