Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
For over 60 years, the Mozart Distillerie has been producing quality drinks in Salzburg, Austria.
They utilise the best ingredients they can source. All the liqueurs use cocoa (from West Africa), Sugar Beet (from which they create a base spirit, and also to add sweetness), and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
They then add a slightly different blend of ingredients depending on which liqueur in the family they are producing. For their Dark Chocolate liqueur they add Belgian Chocolate, and a hint of caramel.
The result is a dark brown chocolate liqueur, which has smoky herbal notes from the cocoa beans, with decadent notes of vanilla, caramel and a hint of toffee.

Perfect Serve
Delicious served on its own, at room temperature or over ice. However, it also works well in 'choctails'.
How about a Mozart Chocolate Gimlet cocktail? In a tumbler add a few cubes of ice. Pour over 15cl of the liqueur, 40cl of a classic gin (we like Tanqueray) and 15cl of lime cordial. Stir well, and garnish with the zest of a lime.
