The Stillery's Ouwe Genever
Located in Amsterdam, the Stillery has been producing award winning drinks since 2018.
For their old genever they create a malt wine using organic spelt grain. They ensure a flavour of hops (which is unusual in genevers, but ensures it pairs well with speciality beers with a strong hop presence) by using two types of hops. To ensure an extra long body, in conjunction with the hops they also add poppy seed.
In this genever there are also notes of ceylon, licorice and anise - all of which are also organic.

Perfect Serve
Perfect enjoyed simply, on its own. However, it also works well when paired with an artisinal hop forward beer.
