Chase Naked Apple Vodka
Using a true 'field-to-bottle' philosophy, Chase is a family run distillery. Their farm, and distillery is located in Herefordshire, in the west of England (close to the Welsh border).
For most of their spirits they utilise their home-grown potatoes. However, for their Naked Apple Vodka, they use organic English cider apples which are grown in their own orchards.
The mashed apples have nothing added to them (hence the naked in the name). They have enough sweetness of their own which means nothing is required to be added for them to ferment. Once this fermentation has completed it is distilled five times in their copper batch pot. This then goes through their 70ft copper rectifying column.
The result is the purest and finest spirit. Whilst this delicious vodka is made from apples, it is not an apple flavoured vodka!
The vodka itself is crystal clear, and has a clean aroma. There is a touch of pepper and a mineral quality to it. On the palate this retains the signature creamy mouth-feel and has a touch of roasted pepper to it. The finish is clean, crisp and long-lasting.

Perfect Serve
A truly versatile vodka, with enough flavour to stand on its own - but also perfect to enhance cocktails.
For something classic, try a Naked Martini. In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 20ml of dry vermouth. Add 50ml of the vodka, stir well and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of green apple.
