Chase Original Potato Vodka

Using a true 'field-to-bottle' philosophy, Chase is a family run distillery. They grow the potatoes they use to create their family of quality spirits. Their farm, and distillery is located in Herefordshire, in the west of England (close to the Welsh border). 

To create one bottle of their Potato Vodka, Chase use 250 of their home-grown potatoes. The vodka is created by mashing the potatoes, and distilling them in their copper pot still (which they affectionately call 'Fat Betty'). 

The result is a smooth a creamy vodka. On the nose there is a mild hint of freshly sliced potato, true to its origins. On the palate there is a creamy texture, with a butteriness to it which ensures the mouth is coated well helping to impart the full flavour. The finish is clean and smooth, and leaves hints of earthy mineral undertones.

Perfect Serve

A truly versatile vodka, with enough flavour to stand on its own - but also perfect to enhance cocktails.

For a refreshing longer drink, try an English Mule. In a large glass filled with ice, add 50ml of the vodka and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Fill the glass with your favourite ginger beer (we like Bundaberg, or for a fierier hit try The Artisan Drinks Co. Fiery Ginger Beer). Stir gently, and garnish with a twist of lemon peel
