Mozart White Chocolate Cream Strawberry Liqueur
For over 60 years, the Mozart Distillerie has been producing quality drinks in Salzburg, Austria.
They utilise the best ingredients they can source. All the liqueurs use cocoa (from West Africa), Sugar Beet (from which they create a base spirit, and also to add sweetness), and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
They then add a slightly different blend of ingredients. For their white chocolate cream strawberry, it's strawberry that plays a key role, joined by luxurious white chocolate.
The result is a liqueur with a light strawberry pink colour. The flavaour is of fruity strawberries, bathed in white chocolate - and a hint of vanilla. The texture, whilst creamy is light - and coats the mouth perfectly.

Delicious served on its own, at room temperature or over ice. However, it also works well in 'choctails'.
How about a Mozart Chocolate Summer Joy Choctail? In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add 30ml of the Mozart liqueur, 20ml of blackcurrant liqueur, 10ml of whisky and 30ml of cream. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with some fresh blackberries.
