Panda Bio Gin
Panda was born when four friends got together with a view to create high quality drinks. After eight months of research and testing, they settled on the recipe for the world's first litchi-based gin.
It's created in Belgium's oldest distillery (dating from 1836). By utilising this distillery they make use of the knowledge and experience, and ensure a high quality product.
Whilst the litchi maybe the star of the show, it is not the only flavour to be found in this oriental inspired gin. As well as juniper, they also use cherries, orange zest, basil, rosemary, and Chinese badian. When combined, these blend perfectly to give a subtle, yet powerful flavour.
The aroma is delicious, with a fruitiness which blends with delicate spice notes. The taste has a sweetness to it, a hint of herbaceous green notes and just a delicate touch of spice. Each blending together perfectly. The finish is medium, and leaves a touch of sweetness on the tongue.

Perfect Serve
This is a gin which can easily be enjoyed on its own, simply served over ice. However it also works well in cocktails requiring a sweetness, or a classic G&T.
We love this with both Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic, or for an oriental citrus note try with their Oriental Yuzu Tonic. Take a large glass filled with ice and add 50ml of the gin. Gently pout over 150 - 200ml of your chosen tonic, and garnish with a slice of orange.
