Spirited Union Lemon & Leaf Botanical Rum

Spirited Union are mixing things up in the rum world and have created a vibrant and exciting selection of rums. By exploring the colourful (and tasty) world of botanicals, which you may usually see in other sprits, they have made combinations which are absolutely delicious. Using only the freshest botanicals ensures each rum has a natural taste and without losing flavours or aromas during the re-distillation and maceration process.

For the Spirited Union Lemon & Leaf Botanical Rum, they have taken their Agricole syle rum ( a style of rum originally distilled in the French Caribbean islands using sugarcane juice) and distilled it with zesty lemons from the Amalfi coast. Known for their unrivalled fresh taste, the lemons are united with crisp and minty, herbal notes of blue eucalyotus and delicate earthy tones from kina bark. There is a touch of UVA Highland black tea with its strong and aromatic taste, and Sarawak pepper and sarsaparilla root for a complex spicy finish.

Perfect Serve

For a delicous and refreshing Amalfi Spritz, add 50ml Spirited Union Lemon & Leaf Botanocal Rum into a copa, or large wine glass with lots of ice. Top up with tonic water and add a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint to garnish.
