The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve Whisky
For their Caribbean Reserve, The Glenlivet have created a truly tropical expression.
To ensure it has a true tropical feel, the makers have finished a portion of their famous whisky in barrels which had previously been used to hold Carribean Rum. This ensures an exceptionally smooth whisky which has a true balance to it.
On the nose the rum barrels are evident straight away, with aromas of apples and ripe red pears, as well as syrup coated bananas.
The flavours are bold, tropical and deliciously smooth. Rich caramel notes and ripe tropical fruit, brown sugar and cinnamon. The finish keeps the tropical notes with warm caramelised pineapple notes.

Perfect Serve
Deliciously smooth this whisky is easily enjoyed neat, or simply served on the rocks. However for some tropical influence, try topping with Coconut water or enjoy in the mix in a Mai Tai
